New year buzzing around, many of you will be spending it in GOA, KERALA, ALIBAUG, ANDAMAN NICOBAR ISLANDS, THAILAND etc.

Basically beach party are preferred for New Year’s Eve.

Beaches means Sun, and Sun means Skin Damaged.

Let’s see what Ultra Violet (UV) Rays are:

There are two types of UV rays, UV-A and UV-B.

UV-A rays: They are milder and only cause sunburn.

UV-B rays: They are the one who do all the harm, leading to aging and even skin cancer.

UV Hazards

In country like India, photo aging is considerably less as we have the protection of melanin pigment. People with fairer skin tend to tan and burn, blotch and peel easily.Sun also throws up pigmentation disorder.

Damage Control

 If you have got yourself a sunburn,

• Apply ICE PACKS to the area.
• Treat it gently (don’t wear clingy clothes for a while)
• Never exfoliate the affected area.
• Don’t spray perfume till the sunburn fades.
• Ice water, ice milked, cucumber act as a smoothers on sunburnt area.
• A yoghurt mask applied all over the body, left for 10mins, then washed off with cold water works wonders on suntanned skin.
• To remove a tan and brightened dull skin, mix one t-spoon oatmeal and enough yoghurt and apply.

SPF of 30 is vital for tropical country like India.Sunscreen contains Zinc oxide and Titanium Oxide, which reflects suns UV rays.It is believed that sun is mild in winter, WELL!!!!!! It is not, that same counts for cloudy weather.Application of Sunscreen is must.

GRAB that SUNSCREEN  

 Consider your skin type before you apply sunscreen.

DRY Skin: Choose sunscreen with a building moisturizer.

Oily Skin: Sunscreen needs to be washed off any applied every 2 hours, since the oil content in skin compromises the sunscreen affect.

MOST of the skin care products do have some UV-rays protection added to them.

So be vigilant, read the labels and pick products with sunscreen in them

Few sunscreens I would suggest are.

• Neutrogena sunscreen
• Lotus sunscreen
• Lacto calamine sunscreen

It’s better to be safe than to be sorry when it comes to your skin.

A Continental Drink any Man can make to impress his women.

Apple-Ginger-Lemonade.

You just need 4 ingredients

Apple

Ginger

Lemon

Sugar

Process:

• Take 1 apple and Peel off the skin.
• Remove all the seeds of apple and cut it in small pieces.
• Take ginger and grind it, make sure you make juice of it. (Keep It aside)
• Take Lemon and squeeze all the juice of it (Keep It aside)
• In a Juicer/Mixer, All 2-cup apple juice, 2 t-spoon lemon juice, 2 t-spoon ginger juice Mix all the juices.
• Add sugar and mint leaves and serve.

That’s all!!!!! A very tasty Continental drink is ready!

A Tip to follow:

As you will put apple in juicer it will start turning brown, to prevent that add lemon juice.

When next time you use lip liner, blend it inward, just don't border your lips.

I have read and heard a lot about AliExpress.
I have ordered many items from there, I recently thought of buying lipliner from AliExpress.

They are so creamy, easily applicable and for a price about a dollar, it's quality is definitely good.

There was no chemical smell.
I have a very very sensitive skin, I was literally afraid to try one. So I did patch test I.e applied on my hands and it didn't reacted so applied on a part of my lips, it didn't reacted as well so applied fully on my lips. It didn't caused any reaction to me but that doesn't mean it might not affect anyone else.

Trying and using fake products is risky but even original one might cause a reaction.
Well..... Not going deep in this topic.

I am not promoting use of fake products, but I did it coz I wanted to.
It's your wish ladies.
Please you also do a reasearch from your side like reading comments about the products and also have a chat with the seller.

My experience with the lip-liner is good.
I would give 4/5 to the lip-liner.
